Shelly Laurenston: Magnus Pack

March 24, 2007

Shelly Laurenston writes some funny ass shit!

I swear when I started reading all these Werewolf Romance books I knew that I was probably in for a dire time of it all… but not with Shelly and her Magnus Pack. She did something so basic and so right “Biker Werewolves” just like the movie Werewolves On Wheels. If you have not seen this 1971 film gem then follow me to the SF Eagle where they show it most afternoons.

Shelly Laurenston Pack Challenge

Pack Challenge is all about a fluffy little Were-Bunny named… No no sorry

Pack Challenge is where we meet drunken outrageous Sara Morrighan as she weaves her way out of a bar brawl and into the arms of Zach Sheridan. Little does she know the bad ass biker boy is the soon to be leader of the pack. In more ways than she ever dreamed.

Anyway, I love some of the reviews I have read making Sara out to be this psychotic bitch. I mean hell, come on the lady was raised by wolves or at least a wolf. Lynette was not your typical grandma though. It may have had something to do with the rocket launcher, the M-16 and the pile of grenades and armor piercing weaponry she kept in the cellar. I think we should cut Sara some slack here.

Shelly Laurenston Go Fetch!

Go Fetch! starts us right into the story of Sara’s good buddy and HaXor fiend extraordinary Miki Kendrick as she does everything in her power to get the fuck away from Conall Viga-Feilan and his viking spear of love. All poor Miki wants is a little PhD. lovin not a boy friend who leaves hair on the carpet and retrieves tennis balls thrown during raves.

Sparks fly or at least something resembling Agent Orange does and the sex is hot too. So much like Ruffles do NOT just get one, get BOTH these damn books that are out on Samhain and enjoy. Next one is gonna be called Here Kitty, Kitty. I can’t wait.

Shelly, I want these in print with your signature on em before you go getting too famous there. Because I have a feeling you just might.
A hysterical Grade A… OH YEAH!

I’ve just got all 3 books in this series from Samhain. This weekend I’m going to see if they are as fabulous as you and the folks at DA say!

I think you will like these. They made me laugh a lot and that counts big time.

Got something to say?
