Currently Seeking:
Blazingly hot m/f, m/m/f, and m/m love stories with an unashamedly sexy hook, as well as a few exceptionally sound f/f/m and f/f. We’re reopening submissions to contemporaries and historicals that are sufficiently erotic to meet our desire to have readers squirming in their seats. Feel free to take those standard romance tropes and plotlines and make them as erotic as the story will support. We’d prefer historicals and contemporaries to include multicultural elements, interracial elements, full-figured heroines, ménage, bdsm, alternate lifestyle, lgbt themes or polyamory, but we will happily look at your hot heterosexual Alpha heroes in single-partner relationships.

Who is the boss of you?
We’d want stories with bosses as a central focus for Oct. 16, Boss’s Day. It could be about the traditional boss and secretary, or maybe some D/s, or the jet-setting CEO who is secretly someone else, or looking for a job with a better boss… You figure out a good, hot story with a compelling hook.
We need a finished draft of any story meant for this submission call before making a decision on whether we will use it. And since it is for Oct. 16, we will take a limited number of stories. A final draft ms. must be submitted by July 25 for established LI authors, the draft must be submitted by June 15 for new to LI authors.

Think Summer
We will put out several books this summer featuring vacation fantasies — especially since this year the only vacation a lot of people can afford is in their imagination, let’s make those vacations good.
Each story needs to be at least novella length. We want to release them during the summer vacation, which ends Labor Day. I don’t want all of them to be released the first week of September, though, so the sooner the better.
We want to see at least three chapters before we make a decision on acceptance.
Some suggestions:
Vegas and winning the jackpot
Staying home because money is tight and discovering the boy-next-door
Cruises
Exotic locales
Mountains and rugged outdoors-y types
Dude ranches and cowboys
For established LI authors the absolute final deadline is three chapters by June 10. Complete ms. in by July 15. The earlier, the better (and probably the more likely to be selected.)
For new to LI authors, partial and synopsis absolutely due by May 25. Complete ms. by July 1.
