I saw this new logo and immediately thought AVG.
Then I realized what a geek I am because I know so much about anti-virus software.

did you read their raison d’etre?
We’re convinced finding and buying e-books is too hard right now, and this deters many readers from moving from print to “e”. Kirk Biglione and the rest of the tech team are designing a discovery and shopping experience that’s easy, fast and doesn’t require jumping through hoops to get out the door.
Apparently ebooks are hard to find and they want to make them easier to find for people. I applaud their ideas but how is finding THEIR books easier to find, making it easier for people to find everyone else’s ebooks? *VERY confused*

Well, I KNOW I’m not a geek — well, not a computer geek — and I knew instantly what you meant when I saw the logo.

My reaction exactly, Erastes. E-books are about as hard to find as grass; actually, are probably more plentiful!
