    Ever try this?

    Simple White Barbecue Sauce:

    1 cup mayonnaise
    2 tsp salt
1 tbsp black/five-color pepper (or a little more white pepper)
    2 tbsp sugar
3 oz (two jiggers) apple cider vinegar

    Stir.
