Oh, I really enjoyed this one. Not so much of a wild, wacky ride as some of hers, but a good sturdy Western contemporary romance. The “imaginary sex” scene was hilarious. Is the “Innamorati” series supposed to have traditional romance-like titles and plots, but with that J.L. Langley kind of twist?
She certainly managed to give some creative twists to Regency societies and the readers’ expectations of characters in a Regency novel, with the Sci-Regency series.
I’m sure we’ll get some more of her fun contemporary entries in the “Innamorati” series. Isn’t there a title for the next one already up?
