I thought the new ST movie was awesome. I even liked this new Kirk, in that I didn’t want to knee him in the crotch nearly as much as I always wanted to do to the Shatner one. And McCoy? Loved loved LOVED him. I’d watch it a dozen times in a row just for New McCoy alone!

Spock/Uhura “romance” (i.e. unexplained making out for no good reason) felt gratuitous though. Wish they’d just left it out.

This movie is just good clean fun. Translation: could be dirtier; still excellent good time for the old school William Shatner lovin’ trekkie–you are correct sir.

Any coincidence, you think, to the fact that if you add two eyes to Star Trek: The New Generation, you get “SITTING”–as in sitting on one’s laurels?
