It still disturbs me in a way when it’s twin brothers or triplets or whatever sharing a man or woman, but apparently the rationale is that it’s not technically incest if the brothers don’t touch each other that way. Personally, I prefer the stories in which none of the characters in bed together are related, but I thought that was just me.
