MSI Dual Screen Netbook

PC World: MSI Shows Dual-screen 7-inch and 10-inch Netbooks

Both MSI and ASUS are promoting these high concept dual screen netbooks at CES. Which is all great and good and better than Microsoft who could not come up with their Courier this year or probably ever for that matter. My issue still remains the same though.

They keep showing prototypes and nothing proving real Microsoft functionality with these gadgets. As we know Windows 7 can do dual screen and all that with a mouse and keyboard but it is in the touch screen keyboards and several other OS level touch screen functions that it falls apart again and again. Go check out that HP Tablet/Laptop at Best Buy and try to do things ONLY USING THE SCREEN for proof.

So I would be more than thrilled with MSI or ASUS but I am still not buying Microsoft anything as a solution in any of these netbooks as much as Apple or Android Tablets where touch screen functionality is not only proven but currently functioning on tons of hand held gadgets being sold to everyday happy consumers as we speak. Where is Windows Mobile 7 by the way? Oh yeah, that’s probably in the same place as the Courier on some Flash demo with nothing real to show for it.
