I am still hearing people out there argue and carry on and swear up and down Apple is so very wrong about Adobe Flash and how everyone runs it so it is great and should be installed everywhere. Unless you watch the security bulletins or read this blog…
From ZDNet: Adobe screw-up leaves Flash flaw unpatched for 16 months
For over a year Adobe has let a highly serious Flash Player flaw simply remain unpatched.
This is nothing new of course. It’s simply yet another example of Adobe’s guarantee in not giving a shit if their products screw their customers over. Apple does not want Flash on any of their systems and on things like the iPhone or iPad where they have complete say it will remain that way. I can’t blame them.
Dump flash people and if you use Windows 7 which is frankly the Swiss Cheese of operating systems right now as it is you should probably strip it out before it leaves you open to yet more security issues and viruses. It’s not like Adobe cares.
