your reply reeks of the arrogance that people are tired of seeing come out of the mouths and keyboards of publishers and authors. Where does ALL the money that supports your industry come from? Yeah, from consumers. Mock them at your own peril.

Listen Paul, man up and take some responsibility here. If you don’t like the one star Amazon reviews find a publisher that does not do nasty tricks to your readers. Otherwise we don’t want to hear about your tender feelings because at the end of the day you and your publisher together are trying to sell a product and your readers think the way you are doing it sucks. I am sorry if you don’t want to be involved but you are so get over it. Either do something to change the situation or accept the consequences of doing nothing but making excuses. Your choice!
