And Now For Something Completely Different

1 Onion chopped (Standard Teddypig Style.)
1 6oz can of Tomato Paste (The Good stuff with herbs and such.)
1 Cup Ketchup (Whatever is left in the bottle at the bottom of the refrigerator.)
2/3 Cup Cider Vinegar
1 Cup packed Brown Sugar
4 Tablespoons of Paprika (The really Good stuff for this!)
4 Tablespoons of Worcestershire Sauce
4 Tablespoons of French’s Yellow Mustard (The cheap stuff whatever you have around.)
2 Tablespoon Molasses
2 Teaspoons of Salt
3 Teaspoons of Black Pepper

OK Stick this in the slow cooker for 4 to 6 hours and keep checking and stirring at the end as it cooks down.

Now use this on really meaty pig ribs or chicken. Stay away from any boney ribs with this sauce. Let me explain.

There is no heat here it is all BOLD SPICE FLAVOR. I have never tasted anything like this coming out of a bottle since there is no tomato front and center and it’s really not all that sweet. Now Jason ate every rib on his plate and wanted more I on the other hand could only stand to eat a few of the pungent ribs and stuck the rest into foil in the fridge.

THAT is where I discovered the secret to this sauce… the next day. It’s BIG BOLD and really memorable the first day but it is heaven the second time around on the leftovers. So if you use this Something Completely Different BBQ Sauce go for tons of meat to make sure you can enjoy it in your pig out the next day.
