From: Apple Insider ~ Apple slows iPad production, Kindle matches shipments
Shipments of Amazon’s Kindle from suppliers in Taiwan reached 1.6 million units in December, matching the month’s estimated iPad production
What they really meant.
Good news… We’ve sold a shit load of proprietary eInk Readers and are currently keeping up with Apple iPad sales even though they are really getting ready to launch the next version of the iPad/iPhone with Verizon.
Bad news… We had to drastically cut our prices to the bone on our main selling product while Apple keeps selling theirs at the FULL PRICE and we may also be undermining our server capacity to handle all the Kindle traffic but tell everyone it’s all good. Lol Derp!
